Strength and Endurance

One of the benefits of physical strength and endurance training is that it increases the body's ability to do activities without getting tired. It involves challenging muscles against resistance to increase strength and power.

This is also a good analogy for spiritual strength and endurance training. The more we develop, and the stronger we get, the more effective we are at accomplishing  God's purposes for our lives.
