Today, November 1st, is National Author's Day.
This means a lot to me because I am an avid reader, writer and blogger. THANK YOU to writers everywhere, (past - present - future) that has (and will) touch my life.
One author that greatly impacted my life is Maya Angelou. God rest her soul. She loved words... and so do I! I am sure, there is not one day that goes by that I do not consult my dictionary for the meaning of a word.
I pray that before I die, I will leave one Pulitzer prize winning piece behind for other word-lovers to enjoy.
